1. Do you offer refunds?

No, it is not possible to initiate returns. The only exception is if your item arrives damaged.

2. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you may cancel your order at any point before dispatch (Excluding Custom or Made-to-Order products). We recommend that you call us at 302-450-1218 to make sure we cancel your order in time.

3. How long before my order arrives?

On average, it takes us 1-3 days to prep your order and then it spends additional 5-7 days in transit. Curbside shipping is free on all orders.

4. What if my order is delayed?

Each order is equipped with a tracking number, so as a first step, make sure you check it regularly. If your order is delayed for over 3 days above the maximum delivery time, please reach out at support@ultimatearcaderoom.com.
